I have really been enjoying exercise since I began doing Leslie’s walking programs. Walking is easy and she adds lots of variety to challenge you.
This DVD included two workouts, one for cardio exercise and one for strength training. I found both of them challenging and enjoyable at the same time.
There were two main things that I just loved about this DVD.
- The workouts are every other day. I did the workouts the way Leslie instructed and I found the switch from cardio to strength training on different days to be pretty effective. It also allowed for one day of rest which served to make me more motivated again when Monday came back around.
- There is an option for music only on both workouts. I really like Leslie, but once I went through the cardio workout once, I did not need her verbal instruction. I loved that I could switch it to music only. I did not use the music only option for the strength training because there were times when I couldn’t look at the screen and needed to hear Leslie coaching.
This is absolutely one of my favorite exercise DVD’s and it will be going into my permanent collection.
