Welcome to Week 39 of the 52 weeks to a better you journey.
It has been a few weeks since our baby step has focused on moving our bodies, but hopefully you have already been doing the prior baby steps.
Move your body an additional 15 minutes a day
If you have been keeping up with our baby steps, you should be in the habit of moving your body at least 30 minutes every day. This week we are going to add another 15 minutes. So we will be moving our body for at least 45 minutes every day.
If you already move at least 45 minutes every day, I want you to add a new level to your fitness regimen. For example, add weights to your walking or exercising. If you have built up your walking, try adding some jogging to your day. If you jog, try adding a short run. If you want a different level of fitness, you can try something different like yoga or Pilates.
Do something to increase your fitness level this week.
Baby step for this week: Increase your fitness level by adding 15 minutes to moving your body or doing something more challenging.
