Last week I posted my update and do you know what I discovered?
Some of my baby steps need some work.
Do you have some baby steps that you have been struggling with or maybe even some that you haven’t been able to do?
Here’s your week to work on those.
Baby step of your choice
This week I want to encourage you to take a baby step of your choosing.
Maybe you want to add to your current baby steps. Add more water. Save more money. Spend more time with your important person.
This is your week to focus on one of those baby steps.
Maybe you have a baby step (or more) that you are struggling with. Pick one of those and focus on them.
The good thing about baby steps is that you don’t have to be perfect about it. You don’t have to keep up with me or anyone else. You choose what you want to improve and you work at that.
Just pick one baby step to focus on though. If you’re struggling with more than one (and I soooo understand that), only pick one to work on.
You can start fresh today.
