Now that we are on week 11 of our 52 Weeks to a Better You journey, we are starting to pile up the baby steps. Some of those baby steps have become habits. Yay! 🙂
But some of the baby steps are still a struggle to work on.
So to help us all keep on the right track, I have created a printable checklist so that you have something to mark off your baby steps as you do them.
I will tweak it as we go along our journey and if you think of some way to improve the list, let me know about it.
